Run under Garmin coach for half marathon interupted due to "lap" pressed by mistake. This ruins my entire coaching.

Hi,

I'm new to the watch, after already running on weekends 32 KM.

I'm trying to get the coach to learn my fitness.

Today while running my 2nd long run, I accidentally pressed the lap during the run.

This caused the watch to move to cool down.

The result was that the Garmin coach decided I am out of fit, and thus changed my work plan for shorter runs, while I'm trying to increase my runs.

How can I fix that mistake?

You should add to lap during training a second press, just as when stopping a run... otherwise it ruins the entire workplan.
