Connect 945 to new phone

I've bought a new android phone and all my apps were transferred across including Garmin Connect.

When I open Garmin Connect, the 945 is listed but it says Not Connected.

What's the process for connecting it to my new phone?

Remove the device in the app.

Turn on pairing in the watch.

Add the watch from Garmin Connect.
