I thought if you used Garmin Express you were presented with any update, regardless of the "over the air" rollout percentages?
I thought so too, but obviously it does not.
They never did the partial rollout only over the air. It was always for all ways of deployment.
I just got 8.20 after plugging into the computer and launching Garmin Express. It never prompted me to add it for install, but after I unplugged the watch, it installed.
I also got the update yesterday as soon as I plugged it into my pc and launched Garmin Express (garmin express had to update beforehands)
If you go to software update on your watch and then sync with Garmin Express it will send the update to your watch
