VO2MAX declines 8 days in a raw, from 62 to 55 Why? What it could be? Sleep score, HR , training over all looks OK as usual.

ok, you will want to set your HR Maximum manually (same with resting) these values don't change much so want them set to a good known value. I don't know why Garmin would lower your maximum HR automatically…
In old days they said the best performance metric is the performance itself. Gratz to your new PB!
Have your max HR changed? Check that the HR zones are the same.
Has your weight increased a good bit by any chance in the last couple weeks?
The big data points for vo2max are pace (or cycle power) , heart rate vs heart rate max , and weight.
So often when weather gets colder you could be wearing more clothes, driving HR higher for the same paces of before due to weight and restriction of movement. You could be getting bad HR data on a cold wrist.
Whenever I go on a winter trip somewhere nice my vo2max always goes UP when I am finally not wearing winter gear or running on snow/ice!
Thank you! Yes, max HR changed. It’s attached to my Lactate threshold which is sharply declined. Nevertheless, still need figure out why Lactate Threshold declined.
Thank you! Maybe but previously it declined just for 1-2 points. And the whether hasn’t changed dramatically.
Thank you! Have my weight the same. Whether gets colder but not so dramatically, generally still wearing same clothes. It has happened previously but not so big gap, usually just one to two points.

That is the biggest player in your vo2max - if you usually do a tempo run at 170bpm with a max setting of 195 that is a lot different in the watches view compared to 170bpm tempo run with a maximum setting of 185bpm. Now it thinks you are really pushing it at 91.8% of max, compared to just 87.1% of max.
Sorting through activities to find a good maximum can be tough, or doing a maximum HR test (even then if it is just in training it is hard to get HR up high enough)... a 5k race finish sprint will result in a higher maximum much of the time at least in my experience!
I believe LTHR shouldn't change significantly. It could be a one off error.
If Garmin detects a new LTHR for me, I will choose not to accept it if the value is significantly lower.
