Did you swim in saltwater? Had this with a polar watch. Didn't rinse it with freshwater after the swim and small amounts of saltwater stayed in the gap between display and bezel. The cristalized salt seamed to cause it and "lifted" the display from the glue.
Shocked to discover that mine is doing this as well. Started with a little section on the bottom left and now covers the entire left "hemisphere" of the screen. I don't swim, in either salt or pools, so mine is something else. I'm contacting support but I am pretty sure I am out of warranty.
