How long typically does it take from beta to official do we know?
I'd really like the HIIT activity adding (in beta 8.09?) as I've been doing some of the recommended HIIT workouts from Garmin Connect and I quite like them...to be able to sync them to watch and follow along with the prompts without having to just remember would be awesome.
I don't think there is any point in officially releasing a buggy beta. It would just introduce more issues to the current "stable version" of the firmware.
