forerunner 945: quckly hides map during activity

During activity I press Up > Navigation > Use Map. It shows map, OK, but hides it after a few seconds.

How can I make map screen active untill I turn it off?

Add a new data screen that has the map.

Quickly hides the map and after a few seconds?

It was 30 seconds. Anyway, add maps as a data field as jmto suggested.

30 seconds? When I read your post I expected to see your map disappear "quickly and in a few seconds" when watching your video. When it didn't I thought you were being sarcastic, but I wasn't sure. Now I know you're being serious and I really don't know how to respond. Anyway, adding a data field will solve this issue for you.
