Anyone Sleep Score 100?

In the last 4 weeks I have sleep scores between 68 and 94 with average 84.

I’m 53 years, work full time and do sport ~5x a week. VO2max between 50-54 and I take care on my sleep habits. No power naps during the day.

  • sleep duration is excellent. I sleep long enough.

  • stress is only excellent after recovery or rest days, without alcohol of course. Even after days with Base runs I do not get excellent stress.

  • Restlessness is normally sufficient

  • Deep sleep: On average it is too short. I see quite some correlation with stress and training load.

  • Light sleep: On average too long.

  • REM sleep: On average too short.

  • Wake Time: On average excellent.

  • I find the sleep, sleep score and body battery quite gimmicky, so I don't pay much attention to them.

  • Never had 100 either. Although the results can be argued with, I do see some correlation between the feeling that I wake up with and sleep score. When I wake-up and feel fully energised, sleep score is usually 88 and above. Waking up 'so-so' shows a score between 70 and 80. Waking up tired shows a score below 60.

  • I can't never get past 94 because I always scored Poor for Restlessness. Rarely I get Fair. Even if I sleep 13 hours I get poor Restlessness. Even if I don't get out of bed.

Sometimes I sleep 6 hours and the watch says I slept shorter duration than usual but recovered well. I felt this was accurate.

    I am 34, male

  • No, because I've now gone through two 945s (unrelated to sleep score issues) that are just way too sensitive.   It classifies REM sleep as being awake, so I get "poor" constantly.  No clue why.  Hoping new firmware fixes it.

  • My average is about 81-82 with a max of 98 (all elements excellent apart from restlessness)

But I usually don't sleep great so i can imagine in my case and indeed, use it as a guideline and not as "set in stone"

  • I haven't paid a whole lot to this new data point.  but looking back to early august I am usually in the 30-85 range (avg 6-7hr sleep).  A few teens and a handful in the 90s.  My highest is 99!  was all excellent exept restless was 'good'

I would assume it is nearly impossible to a nearly a 100% score in each subcategory to get a 100% overall.  Almost no matter how you sleep you will get a <99.5% when you add all the scores together.

  • Hello ,

    Congratulation!!!
    Can you repeat it consciously?
Do you have a feeling for the main influencing factors to achieve such high values?

  • I had 100 sleep score yesterday, after a day of recovery (2000 steps, working at home, no physical activity at all) and a good sleep.

  • aerobic runs or rides before dinner. cool air in bedroom (17-20C), no alcohol , a light hunger before sleep, no heavy food before sleep, no bright colours (iphone or macbook before).
