As part of the build-in half-marathon training of Garmin, I get all sorts of articles and videos with tips for running.
Today I got one for warm-ups and cooldowns including tips for stretching.
I pasted the article here so you can read it yourself.
Now I was wondering if there are (visual) ruotines I can program into my FR945 so they are part of my training and they give me tips on the best way to stretch. Also, using pre-loaded programs will help me to stick to the right time and frequency of doing these stretches. (i tend to do them quick and too short...)
