Vivofit 4s high heart rate alarm not sounding/vibrating

I have a fairly new Vivofit 4s which I purchased to help me not exceed my high heart rate for a condition I suffer. It's set but has never gone off when I am at or surpass the set high heart rate. All the settings are set to work but nada.

Help?

Are you sure it is a Vivofit 4s? I can't find any product with that name. There is a Vivofit 4, but I can't see that it got any high heart rate alerts.
