Forerunner 945 won't let me calibrate Stryd footpod

I hold the Up button until the menu appears, scroll down to settings, keep scrolling down and select Sensors & Accessories. As I scroll down I see Add New, Pulse Oximeter, Compass, Altimeter, Barometer, and Club Sensors. My Stryd footpod power meter is nowhere to be found so I can't select it to calibrate it. Is there somewhere else I should be looking for it?

Stryd data field or workout app will see it anyway, even if you don't add it as a sensor.

I added it months ago and it is working perfectly with the Stryd data field / app. Is it possible that those could be working without the watch being able to see it as an accessory?

Mine is on the sensor list as "'FP - 12345".

Got it - thanks for the clarification. I re-added it as a footpod and it's working fine now. Very strange!

1. stryd data field silently/invisibly pairs to a stryd pod (other data fields and sensors can do this)

2.. pair stryd as a power meter then disable it to avoid doing it again

3. pair as a foot pod

4. set footpod as always source of pace and distance

5. calibrate footpod.
