please help! fw 7.80, a corrupted file doesn't upload; "unsupported format file"?

looks like all data on the watch are ok.

that's a small and not important file, just my personal best in IM Emilia Romagna, 11h25m...

thank you very much! 1st HR download attempt from HRM Tri to 945 lasted 5 minutes long so i stopped it then retried. 2nd attempt was successful but maybe something unexpected happened in between.
