I have recently updated my Garmin 945 to the latest firmware 7.80. However, since doing this when I go to my workouts on a distance based workout this displays the details of rest period only whereas before it displayed the result of the last segment as well as the current rest period.
So for example on my 1 mile intervals workout. This is 4x1 mile segments with 2 minute recovery and this was set up on Garmin connect and transferred to my watch.
I start the session run the 1 mile. Then there is normally a summary screen showing the time I ran the last mile in and the length of the recovery. However now it only shows the length of recovery and not how I did on the last segment like it used to.
The current display is shown in image 1. What it looked like before the firmware was shown in image 2 with the summary that is missing circled red.
Note this only happens on distance based intervals – with timed intervals like 4x5 minute workouts for example it works as normal which is how I got image 2.
This was working fine before the firmware update displaying the result of a distance based segment such as a mile in however many minutes on the image 1 photo.
