Every night I get poor restless sleep but excellent in every other area is it related to my cadence always been too low?

I get excellent scores on deep sleep, rem etc but ALWAYS poor restlessness. I also always get my cadence under reported at 170bpm when I know I run 180 I tested it with a metronome and I run minimal so I need high cadence.

Aren't both of these using the gyroscope in the watch to determine my movement? I'm wondering if I always get reseltess sleep because the gyroscope is faulty which is why I get cadence wrong.

  • If you want to understand your sleep, I would suggest you take a look at the Body Battery graph overlaid with stress. Poor sleep and high stress are usually correlated.

I fail to understand the logic that an undersensitive accelerometer that is not picking up steps is at the same time oversensitive to movement at night.
