Graphs

Are there any resources online to help with understanding the graphs (heart rate, body battery, stress, etc.)? Thanks

  • I googled this already and have only found info on Garmin's webpage which wasn't very useful. If you don't know anything outside of the obvious than either say you don't know or ignore the post. Lol Btw are you like Garmin's forum watchdog? Do you work for Garmin or do you just not log off? You seem like your always present to comment. I mean it's totally ok if it's your mission to support "all things Garmin." It's just interesting...that's all.

  • Maybe not exactly what you are looking for, but have an look at https://runalyze.com/

Import one activity, most things are explained if you hoover over the ? next to an item.

    Happy running

  • Your question was

Are there any resources online to help with understanding the graphs (heart rate, body battery, stress, etc.)?

    My answer was Google.

Perhaps I should have also suggested you search the forum too. There's plenty of information around. You could also look to the right and follow some of the suggestions there.

I don't like to assume people who post here are stupid. I prefer to believe they have the intelligence to search out the information if prompted in the right direction.

And Google is always your friend...but apparently not this time.

  • Okay... but when you take your “google” response with other responses that you post elsewhere, one gets the idea that you’re condescending. That’s why I asked if you were Garmin’s watchdog. If you’re not getting paid by Garmin to interact with other forum members the way that you do, than you should probably tone it down. Keep in mind that some of us are new to this forum and new to Garmin. Others here have posted helpful links; especially runalyze. Google didn’t give me runalyze. That’s why I said if you don’t know just ignore the post like most members have. So saying Google almost certainly means you don’t know. And if that’s not the case, and you do know, than once again you’re condescending.

But even with all that said, I do appreciate your passion for Garmin products and for your willingness to respond.

  • Well, it would also help if you ask explaining you would tell ask more specific questions. What is that you don't understand. This is community forum. People answer here in their own time. I don't think people will start explaining you all the specific things but if you would have asked more specific questions you might have gotten better answer.

Also like telling things that you read the manual or forums, or something like that and didn't find the answer you were looking for would also help a lot.

  • My question wasn’t obscure in any way dude. Once again, the forum members who have the type of tone that you seem to have as well makes it seem like you’re being paid and supported by Garmin. Since that’s probably not the case, why be condescending toward other people who are paying for the same products just like you are? I mean it doesn’t make sense.  However, if it makes sense to you, just don’t be surprised when you get called out. Because like I said, you could just ignore the post. Btw, my question has been answered by someone who obviously understood what I was asking; At this point the thread can be closed.

  • it seem like you’re being paid and supported by Garmin

This logic is just something. Could you explain how does it make you feel like this? You think Garmin would pay to people to say that you have unreasonable expectations from community forums?

why be condescending toward other people

Because you are expecting people to answer your unreasonable question. Or the answer is just RTFM, LMGTFY, or similar.

  • My question has been answered. Move on
