Is my Daily Suggested Workout broken? And if it is, how do I fix it?
For the last ten days, my Daily Suggested Workout has alternated between a Base Run of 30 min at 11:00/mile and a Rest Day. That's five runs and five rest days. In the meantime, my VO2 has gone up two points.
I would have thought that, at a minimum, my target pace would have increased. But that's a lot of rest days, and none of the more interesting sprint or internal trainings.
Should I just keep following the suggested workouts, or what?
