Forerunner 945 stuck "loading FIT files"

Hi,

When starting an activity my garmin forerunner 945 restarted and got stock "loading FIT files..." showing that on the screen for hours and doing nothing. I have plugged it into my computer and the computer doesnt recognize it. I have also done a hard reset and when it gets back to "loading FIT files" stays there frozen.

Any idea whats happening? or how could i fix it? i cant get to the menu so i cant do a factory reset. Is there anyway of doing a factory reset with the external buttons?

Any help would be very much appreciated!

From shutdown:

Press top left then immediately press and hold top and bottom right
Release top right on first beep
Release bottom right on second beep

If that doesn't work contact Garmin Support
