I was doing multisport activity today:
- Bike indoor
- Transition
- Treadmill
I completed the activity by pressing the Start/Stop button and was greeted with an FTP increase message (yay). As soon as I hit Accept, the watch crashed (the Garmin logo appeared on screen for about a minute and then it went through the license screens as it booted back up). After it finished booting back up, it was still in the post-activity screen (allowing me to view the activity details, save, delete, etc.). I was able to save the file. The only issue seems to be that I did not get credit for the steps that I took during the run portion of the multisport activity (20:19 of running with an average cadence of 177 spm = ~3591 steps, but my watch currently shows 3500 for the entire day).
I'm on 7.20.
Has anybody else experience this issue? Is this a bug in 7.20? Is there any way to get credit for the steps I took during the activity?
Edit: looks like I also didn't get any "Intensity Minutes" for the activity. Also, the watch estimated my stress from an hour before the activity until the watch rebooted, so I'm guessing it didn't sync before and those data were just lost.
It also is missing my heart rate from my daily timeline for the time during the activity. So it looks like it was able to save the activity file, but all of the data the watch would have collected otherwise was lost.
