Temperature recording not accurate during the last 2 weeks

I have been using the 945 for the last few years for both running and swimming, and it's been working great, including recording of outside/water temperatures, respectively.

During the last few weeks, temperatures have been off by about 30 degrees Celsius. One more thing: when not during an activity, the main screen does not show the temperature at all.

I tried power on/off, but no change.

Do you use a Tempe (external) temperature sensor or the internal temp. sensor? Is the altimeter working? What does the temp. widget show (including lowest/highest)?

I am using the internal sensor. The altimeter seems to be working.

The temperature widget shows "--"

Have you already tried a full reset? See: Reset Forerunner 945. It'll wipe your device - settings and parameters like VO2Max etc will be gone after that. Make sure to sync your activities beforehand (or make a backup on a PC via USB).
