Swim stroke data for pool swim not transferring to Strava - 945

Hi,

Recently moved from the 920xt to the 945. When swimming at the pool with my 920xt the swim stroke data is transferred and visible in Strava. However Strava is not showing the swim stroke data for pool swims since I have been using the 945.

If swimming open water swimming with the 945 the swim stroke data is transferred to Strava, so the issue is isolated to pool swims only. For both OWS and pool swimming the swim stroke data is visible in Garmin Connect. Therefore I am confused why OWS stroke data is visible in Strava but not the pool activities.

Anyone got an ideas?

Contact Strava and ask them to fix it.

I noticed the other day that I'm having the same issue with my 945. Stroke rate shows up in Garmin Connect app, but not in Strava. I get HR rate (even without a chest strap on) instead.

Yes, I've also noticed that multisport activities comes to Strava as multiple activities :D

Good luck getting Strava to fix/implement anything.

Hi did you solve your problem with stroke rate? My new fenix 6 doesnt show the stroke rate in strava but my old fenix 3 does
