Body Battery

Lately the body battery that is on my Garmin connect app on my iPhone has a different value than the body battery widget on my watch face. When I scroll through the widgets on the watch the body battery mirrors my Garmin connect app. Not sure why the widget on the watch face is different. Any ideas?

That icon on your watch face is Recovery Time. I know they look the same, it annoys me too especailly since Body Battery is NOT available on the built in faces.

The hint is the colour around the outside.
