It’s not just to to do with where you live it’s whether or not you have an APAC watch. APAC watches have different software to ROW watches for various reasons not least the need to work in character based languages (or non-latin based alphabets) as well as legislative reasons such as Japan that does not allow Pulse Ox.
Ask Garmin Support when the updates will come for APAC watches. Only they will know.
99,99% of us here are not from Garmin - we're just Garmin users like you. So we have no idea about when they will do the release. And I have yet to see any of the very, very few from Garmin that actually are here, to answer such questions. So as Markw50 wrote - you will have to be patient, it comes when Garmin think it's due.
