Enable transmission of self evaluation data (perceived effort, how did you feel) through sync with other training sites

Please enable the self evaluation data (how did you feel, perceived effort) now collected by Forerunner devices to be synced with other training sites:
- FinalSurge
- TrainingPeaks

This probably means exposing the data via documented fields in .FIT or .TCX activity documents.

They allready transmit the data in the Fit file. The Platform Runalyze has been using the data ever since the Beta. It's on FinalSurge and TrainingPeaks to implement this.
