Poor GPS Track on 7.2

Just updated to 7.2. Had a weird error similar to the shifted GPS tracks earlier this year only it happened at the end of the run?

After ~5 miles the course drifted off and never corrected.

That sort of accuracy looks pretty normal to me (for this watch)

I wouldn’t call that trace crazy. That stretch outside the track is pretty well off but the rest of the road running looks about like what my traces normally look like on the road.

I've had similar problems with not finding GPS + GLONASS around London since the 7.20 update. I'm also getting much higher battery drain and wonder if they are linked. Have tried combinations of GPS soak, soft reset, syncs with Connect/Express.. nothing has solved it yet.

Interesting - my GPS track has been solid with GPS+GLONASS, but my battery life has been god awful. I'm charging this watch every 2-3 days now, which is insane; I used only only have to top it off every so often. But it's not uncommon for it to lose 20%+ overnight since updating to 7.2 (yes, I've tried several restarts). :(

The GPS can't find me outside despite resets/GPS soaks - same problem again today. Looking back through my activities, it started on 3 June after the 7.2 update. GPS now takes 20-90 mins outside to locate. A couple of days ago, I rode my road bike and used both my Forerunner 945 and Edge 520 plus - the Edge found me in 5 secs, the Forerunner over an hour later. What's going on Garmin?
