How can I replace the pre installed Topo Active Americas by Topo Active Europe (already bought)?

just remove the Topo Americas and instal with Garmin Express the bought one.

There are many files with different extensions. Do you know which ones are supposed to be deleted?

Open your Forerunner on Basecamp. In the file of Topo America is the presented filename. That you can delete
