Why update stuck at 10%?

Please inform, has anyone got the 7.10 update? My the last hour attempts to update say that there are no updates from 6.20 to 7.10.

Do you have it? 
- Yes, then is it stable?
- No, then just wait.

I have beta and haven't noticed any problems.

Also the 10% in the forum might not mean what the real situation is. 

A very interesting question is how Garmin chooses those who receive the update first. You probably bought your device a long time ago, that's why your serial number is the first and that's why you got the update first?

This is not the case. Garmin stuck with 10% for everybody

I do not agree. There must be some kind of regularity in Garmin.
It cannot be such a situation that someone from Garmin's staff manually selects the lucky ones by height or weight. Are tall men getting update faster than short but beautiful women? ))

I can assure you, that's not the case.

Not as far as we know, they wouldn't tell us. 

Most likely, its like always:
No process in rollout on Weekends, sometimes they forget to change the number in the forum, I believe the sometimes forget to activate the next step :-D

Don't set your expectations to high, some times it takes more than a week to reach 100%.
