Does anyone know if I use a bike computer does the workout and the stats like body battery still sync and are calculated to a forerunner 945?

If you use Physio TrueUp and sync enough times some of the stats will. According to this list, not the body battery.

Body battery and other health stats are calculated by the 945 and not on any of the Edge bike computers. If you have the 945 on your wrist during the bike workout it will calculate those stats. No need to start an activity on the 945.
