Hi, is it possible to bring Garmin Connect HIIT trainings to the Forerunner 945.
Thx
Hi MarinusvD, no, i meant the instant ones. Thats what i did, created an equal training by myself and sent it to the Fr 945. But would be nice to get the original with the animations etc.
Just did it.
Save it to your list of trainings, send it to the watch. Sync the watch.
on the Watch, press Start/Stop Button
choose Cardio activity, enter it with one push of start button but do not yet start it.
push left middle (yup) button, choose training, select the Graining you just synced. Then you can either start it or look into it. If you see one step, theb you can watch the animation when you push the start button.
Hi BeneGi, i saved the training „body awake circletraining with bodyweight“ to my list and tried to send it to the watch. Unfortunatly the Forerunner945 appears in the list of „not compatible“. So it is not possible to send it to the watch.
Now i sent it to my calendar. After syncing the device all my training were lost in the Connect App. ?? Uups. Luckily they are back now, after a while.
Ah, my mistake. I didn't realize that there was a new type, because cardio, yoga, pilates etc. are working.
I believe the only watch compatible with the HIIT Type is the new Venu 2 so far.
Another question: If you do a compatible training like the 5 Minutes Plank Challenge, do you see the animation between the steps or only If you go into the details of the training? As it does in Yoga.
Hi BeneGi, tried out Yoga101 for testing and can cofirm that each step Start with text and then the animation. But all is shown within the period of time for the exercise. So it is a bit stressful . Enjoy it!
Yes, I know. There is space for improvement. But yoga seems to be the only activity we’re the Animations are mid workout.
