Which is the most accurate without using too much battery for a 6 day trek? I'm plannign to use a powerbank to be able to recharge at night.

If you charge the watch overnight, then just normal GPS mode will be ok. You need to preload a track only if you want the watch to guide you. If you know your way, or use other method of navigation (like a paper map), then no need to preload the track.
UltraTrac sacrifices are fair amount of accuracy for extended battery life. For a straight open trail, it's OK. For a trail that meanders and does switchbacks up a hillside, it is going to miss a lot of turns.
Using Glonass or Gallileo can help in situations where you are in a narrow valley with a limited horizon. If you are in the open, it won't make much difference, but it does use more power than GPS alone.
My recommendation would be to use regular GPS, and probably only have to recharge once after 3 days.
