Daily activity (Drops since Nov 2020) suddenly

I noticed that my daily intensivity is dropping dramatical since last november.

While my trainings are on a certain level continues

While my steps are this

  • What is your setting for Weekly intensity minutes? Automatic or HR Zones? Have you changed your HR Zones? In November?

    What does your Average and Max heart rate graphs for the year look like?

  • it is set on basis of HR zones. I changed the zones from % of max. hf tot % of lactate. but as far as i know long time a go.

    Hf Graphs and max. hf not realy different.

    Even my other activities.

    Perhaps it i because i changed it from automatic to on base of HF.

  • More than likely it's because your target for vigorous minutes is harder to attain now that it's based on zones. Vigorous IM are doubled which can cause your intensity minutes to skyrocket or plummet. The advantage of heart rate zones is that you should be able to go in and calculate how many minutes you spent above the threshold to receive intensity minutes, and how many minutes you spent above your vigorous threshold. The algorithm it's probably easier to get vigorous intensity minutes, but a lot harder to figure out where you earned them.
