Body battery

Hi,

I mostly do biking.

5 times a week to go and get back from work about 20km

I also do 1 or 2 rides a week, between 30 and 60 km.

I presently use my Garmin Edge 530 with a chest strap.

I don't have a personal trainer and I am not an elite athlete. I was wondering if I buy a 945 for body battery, would it help to not over train or over stress my body?

I used to run, but I have an injury. I want to run again after my ankle is good. That is why I am considering a 945.

Thank you

  • My experience is completely positive for the battery of the body, I train on a bike like you with edge 130 (physio true up with 945), I run and do strength training, the watch perfectly reflects my state of health, now with the new beta should be improved with more accurate sleep monitoring, but I am waiting for the official version. I always use heart rate monitor for workouts and 24/24 active OHR

  • Hi Luca,

Thank you for sharing your experience. Do you wear it when you sleep?

  • You're welcome, it's nothing Wink I always wear it, I only take it off for a few minutes to wash it and to recharge it every ten days
