On / off button

I read on the forum that holding down the top left button for more than 15 seconds turns off the clock, on mine the commands menu appears first (where I also configured the shutdown), then it vibrates 3 times and asks me the assistance contact, which I have not entered because I do not use it, is there something wrong? Thank you

if you hold the button for more than 15 seconds it does a hardreset. this can fix issues you mave have with the watch, like high battery drain.
just keep the button pressed when it says it starts an emergency call. nothing will happen.
but this is not a "normal poweroff". to poweroff just press the left up button to get into the menu and choose poweroff there.

I believe you just have to keep the button pressed in for the watch to shut down. Past the assistance screen

Fortunately, the clock works well, with the shutdown command it turns off, I always do it after SW upgrade to avoid future problems. So the shutdown with the long key is only when everything is blocked? On the 645 I was stuck and it worked

No. You just need to keep the button pressed during the assistance contact and it will turn off.
