Spotify error on syncing and downloading!

Hi Everyone, who else is experiencing problems with Spotify since the Spotify updae on March 18, version 1.4.8 ? When I look at Garmin Connect IQ i see a lot of other people with the sames issues... Since the last update of Spotify it has stopped working. When I download a playlist on my watch I get the sync failed error. Tried everything, total reset, installing all the apps again and it didn’t work! Who knows how to solve this problem? Please help!

    I updated the app last month and downloaded a 217 song playlist just yesterday with no issues.  I've read where others had to remove Spotify from their watch after an update and reinstall it to fix the sync failed error, but it sounds like you've already tried this.  Have you tried removing your watch from Wi-Fi and then setting it up again? Maybe there was something in the update that isn't playing nicely with your particular configuration?

  • My 645/m got an update and always failed on sync.  I clicked, clicked, clicked, clicked, and usually after the third fail it would work on the fourth try.  I upgrade to a 745...yup, it fails too.  Not quite as regularly at the 645/m it goes on the second or third try usually.   I moved and have a different ISP, I upgraded and have a different Garmin....I am considering buying a different wifi router, it is the only thing left.

    100s of people struggle with this (though some don't)
