We need injury management tracking

I've moved to a new area with significant hills, tripling my weekly elevation gains. The 945 metrics have been punishing. These hills are challenging to manage a consistent heart rate because, as we know, what goes up must come down.

Since I lack experience with downhills, I ended up with quadricep tendonitis after a 10-mile hill run last Sunday. I have experienced "show-stopper" pain and haven't been able to run in a few days.

To the point: Since the 945 is an electronic coach, injury management should be part of the equation. Since my injury, my 945 has been rather demotivational. Seeing "Detraining" messages (really, warnings) is disheartening. I know that rest is the only thing that will get me running again. I wish, though, you could put the watch into an injury-healing state, where you could track your injury, giving the watch feedback. Instead of giving training load messages, the injury healing state would show how your injury is healing through user inputs.
