I'm a runner and I've been running almost all days over the past 12years...well, now for me it's probably time to stop and change the sport. I've serious issues with my right Achilli's tendon and, for sure, I need to stop running for a while. So, the decision was taken already some weeks ago and I started doing pretty much seriously my second favourite sport, that is mountain biking. The thing is, how can I have the same info I got for running? such a training status and VO2MAX? i still have my running VO2Max showing up but I can't see any cycling VO2MAX; how can I enable this? I've already made several rides (around 12) with heartbeat monitoring but I don't see any vo2ma value. any help?
