Garmin 945 connect problem

Since update 6.20, my Garmin 945 does not connect with my Polar Cadance Sensor. Before the update YES, please correct it

How do you know it’s not the sensor?

Have you checked your Polar Cadence Sensor battery? Have you checked nothing’s moved?

yes actually, i got two Polar cadence sensors, and both are working well with other devices (Ipad, Iphone, Polar watch..)

Hello, please go in and remove the sensor by going to settings sensors and accessories, scrolling to the sensor, selecting it then select remove. Then soft reset the watch, by holding the top left button down for about 15-20 seconds til the watch shuts off on it's own. Following that press and release the button to turn the watch back on then repair the sensor to the watch.

Thank you very much for the reply, but I do this process and when it restarts the sensors are still connected automatically
