Body battery and stress not recording accurately

I've switched from a FR45 to a FR945.  The FR945 does not appear to be measuring stress and the body battery.  Regarding stress, the watch is not measuring and recording periods of rest (even during sleep), stress often seems high (recording medium to high stress during sleep and periods of relaxation) and the body battery declined to 5% and has been 'stuck' at that level for 3 days.

I have soft reset the watch, removed the FR45 from connect and I have shut off the TrueUp feature.

The stress and body battery on the FR45 felt very accurate.  Any advice to correct these readings on the FR945?

  • Having similar problems. Was wait a week then wait 2 more weeks. Tried changing arms. Tried as did you turning various features off. So far nothing has shown much impact. Still lack 10 days in ultimate “wait 2 weeks”.

  • Craig - After 2 more weeks since thew factory reset, the values seem to be good.  I still have concerns but Stress and battery "Seem" ok.  That said, VO2 MAX still not working correctly which leads me to doubt any and every vale.  Garmin has agreed to an exchange.  Since I live outside the US, it will be a while before the exchange happens bu I will update.

  • Thanks after a few weeks my body battery seems to be reflecting data properly.  I never had issues with the VO2, it seems accurate for me.
