Audio prompt volume?

Is there a way to increase the volume of the audio prompts without raising music volume? I really like the new 6.20 prompts but eighter I can't understand them or the music is way to loud.

I have been looking for a solution to this issue too. I have my music on (245 music) relatively quietly so that I can still hear around me but this means it's extremely difficult to hear the audio prompts…

Have the exact same problem on 245 Music. I have to adjust the audio so the music is a bit louder than I would like in order to even vaguely hear the prompts.

Hi Igor - thank you so much for taking time to write a response. I have the issue across various headphones and don't subscribe to a music streaming service - maybe it is time I did and got rid of my CD collection! Your My Music work around is ingenious - without a sensible solution from Garmin of either independent volume control or the voice prompts briefly automatically lowering the volume of the music I think you have provided my only option (other than running with music that is too loud!). Hi,

I just have a discussion with Garmin Support, this behaviour is now logged but need more users to request for a fix or an enhancement.

You need to call the support, as requested by Garmin.
