Is there a way to increase the volume of the audio prompts without raising music volume? I really like the new 6.20 prompts but eighter I can't understand them or the music is way to loud.

I have been looking for a solution to this issue too. I have my music on (245 music) relatively quietly so that I can still hear around me but this means it's extremely difficult to hear the audio prompts…
Have the exact same problem on 245 Music. I have to adjust the audio so the music is a bit louder than I would like in order to even vaguely hear the prompts.

I haven't been able to find a way to adjust only the audio prompts volume so am hopeful somebody can assist.

I need to find a way to increase the volume of the audio prompts in relation to the music. I want to have the music quiet so that I don't loose ambient awareness, but need the prompts to cut through above the ambient.
Hi,
Same feeling here with F6Pro, so i did an enhancement request and open a ticket, because bip volume and audio prompt are not at the same level. And audio prompt are useless for me.
Thanks
Thank you for submitting an enhancement request. I will do the same later on today. I think it is a key flaw in the existing setup that frustrates me daily!
Are you guys listening to music from your phone or the watch? Or possibly have android phones? I only ask because I listen to my music from my iPhone and it automatically lowers the volume of the music playing for the audio promt and then once the prompt is complete the music volume rises again.
Interesting Damian. I am using the music and prompts directly from my watch (245 Music) and leave my (Android OnePlus 6T) mobile at home. It sounds as though the iPhone solution would be perfect if implemented directly onto the watch.
the iPhone doesn’t lower music for other notifications so im assuming it’s the connect app on iOS that effects the outcome.
Many thanks Damian - I'm tempted to go out with my phone if that's the case ... although that would detract from the reason I chose a watch with GPS!! I might test it out later when I get back home. Thank you again for your input which is really useful to know. I appreciate it.
