HR and Steps not tracking

  1. HR and steps stopped tracking
  2. installed latest version
  3. hard reset- no luck
  4. fully charged at 10pm - woke at 6:00 to find it down to 1
  5. Charged again - hard reset - still not tracking HR or steps

    Same happen to my fr945.

    I did following then recorded again.

    1. Soft reset by pressing power button 15 secs.
    2. Off and On activity tracking on Garmin Mobile.
    3. Off and On activity tracking on the device.
    4. re-set activity tracking settings.
