Garmin FR 945 bugging, datascreens BG color.

Today my FR945 bugged, it flipped (randomly) through the data screens when I ran (ie not the option to switch screens automatically)
It also changed color on the background randomly from white to black every now and then.
It is about 6w old, newly charged, latest update to 6.20.

I really would like to avoid sending it in to be replaced.
If you get it replaced, "tru up" does not work completely , and you have to start again with training load etc etc. And i exercise every day and don´t want be be without my data collector!
Anyone else noticed this, or have any solution?

Seems like its could be features in Trial run activity, only used that one time before yesterday, and that time i did nothing.
but to day i shifted screen in climbs or something like that, and also inverted colors sometimes was a feature.

I really hoping its this, i have to run again to be sure.

I guess that you have Auto Climb activated.

Tru up does not work completely can you explain? I'm waiting for a replacement and was told if I sync to Garmin Connect it will update my replacement watch with the training load

I dont remember in full, but for instance training status, doesn't sync between different watches.
It starts over. you can choose your old watch in a dropdown list to see what it was for that watch.

Just to clarify some things, this is the feature you will want to enable when you pair the replacement device, What is Physio TrueUp?

VO2 max - FTP and Power Zones - Recovery Time
- Recovery Time will only update when Physio TrueUp is enabled on all devices
Training Load - Training Load Focus - Heat/Altitude Acclimation
Race Predictor - Last Sport Widget - Last Run/Ride/Swim Widgets - Weekly and Monthly totals

This is in contrast to TrueUp, What Is the Garmin Connect TrueUp Feature and How Does It Work? which just brings through activity tracking data.

Ah ok, sorry I missed that it was two types.

but trainload works as I said right?

it doesn’t stay if you change watch.

but you can se the old data by switching in the drop down list to the old watch.

but why is it like that?
