Garmin Forerunner 945 battery doesn´t charge Please Help!

So What´s going on with forerunner 945 and/or its charger? I have the same problem. I am so disappointed. I want and I need my watch back to normal as soon as possible. PLEASE HELP

Gently clean the pop-contacts on both watch and charge cable. The springs on the cable side sometimes "stick" so very gently exercise them with a non-metallic thing like a match stick.
