Forerunner 945 - Alerts in Miles while system is set up in km

I set up my Forerunner 945 in metric, throughout (distance, pace, elevation, etc). Yet, the alerts I get while running are every mile (nothing every km).

I saw in other posts similar issues, and the solutions offered do not work.

Anyone?
