Is there a way to change the workout interval countdown beeping from a 5 sec countdown to a 3 second countdown (or no countdown at all)?

Currently when I do a workout on my watch, there's a 5 second countdown beep before the next interval starts.

I'd like to change it to a 3-sec count down, or just have no countdown and a single beep. (I did a workout yesterday with 10s rest and I felt like the beeper was robbing me of a few seconds of rest haha).

I feel like I remember this being an option on my 735 but I can't find it anywhere on the 945 and I also couldn't find anything in the manual.

You might be able to "hack" this by making multiple recoveries, all totalling your 10sec. So 4sec, 4sec, 2sec. I wonder if it would even play the warning countdown in that scenario.

P.S. I like the warning countdown myself. Sometimes I long to hear it!

lol - I agree with you, sometimes the 5sec beep is just too much for me! Personally it would be nice to adjust, on shorter Tabata intervals on the bike it gets a little ridiculous. Also volume adjustment would be nice - when inside with music/video blasting along with noise of bike trainer/treadmill... sure would be nice to adjust volume up.

Should be able to search the manual online, pretty solid documentation for most of the settings at least at a basic level.

I like it too (sometimes). It's just on short intervals where it get's annoying and I wish it could be adjusted.
