Synchronisation by Wifi does not work at my Forerunner 945

Hello Forum,

I just changed my internet provider and got a new router (Huawei B535-232). Unfortunately I can not synchronize my F945 via Wifi.
I already tried:
1. change my WLAN PW to 16 positions (starts with a letter now).

2. connect me to the 2.4Ghz WLAN

3. security mode: WPA/WPA2-PSK

4. do a port forwarding to port 53(read in other Garmin forums).

nothing worked.

Does anyone have any idea why I can't sync with my FR945 over wifi?

What's you DNS provider set to? If you are using your ISP provided one than, for testing, try either Google (8.8.8.8 & 8.8.4.4) or IBM (9.9.9.9) but DO NOT use Cloudflare (1.1.1.1) as the latter killed my Garmn WiFi devices - scales and FR945. Your ISP may be using Cloudflare on your behalf.

You should be able to override the DNS on the router admin somewhere.
