How to stop the auto scrolling of screens in Trail Running mode?

This is super annoying!  I have several screens I use when training and racing ultras in the Trail Running mode and they keep scrolling randomly while I am running.  This was never an issue with my 935 and I don't see anyway to keep it from happening.  I have the latest software version 5.50.  If there is an easy way to fix this I would REALLY like to have some advice!

  • Thanx for the quick response... actually I thought I had read that somewhere...I double checked and I do have auto climb and climb pro turned off... and when I select and start Trail Running is still indexes through all my screens... any other options?

  • Well, auto scroll, but that is usually more often the reason, as it's not as obvious.

You don't think it's the other way around?  The first thing that came to mind when reading the OP's post was auto scroll.  I can't count how many people have posted that they've turned off auto scroll, but their data fields keep changing because they didn't consider auto climb.

No, but you probably think my "that" referred to auto scroll, it referred to "auto climb" in my previous guess as it's not so obvious.

So I thought that this was the classic not considering auto climb as it's not obvious and I think it's on by default, auto scroll is not on by default.
But anyway, he got it off, so :)
