Request for Garmin please if possible fix the audio qaulity of music on 945/245

320kbps the qaulity is better on my phone by Bluetooth woth Airpods or iPod Shuffle with EarPods. I don't know if it's a hardware limitation or can be improved with a software update. Some songs produce static pops which can be heard from the start of Clint Mansell - Leaving Earth and Two Steps from *** - Color the Sky.

Are you sure it's not your ear pods or a bad download? I read your other post in a different thread earlier and I never heard of the artist or songs. I decided to check them out and downloaded them. I don't have any static pops at the beginning. Can't say anything about the middle or end because I could only make it 30 seconds into each :)

Thanks for investigating, since you said you couldn't hear any crackling (it's very noticabe) assumed you must of used Spotify. I have the songs loaded by MP3 320 and it sounds fantastic qaulity on other devices with the same headphones.

SO I tried Spotify version and what the hell the qaulity is also fantastic so I guess it's Garmin native music app on the watch?

I literally played the songs off my watch using Laptop and same Airpods and no crackling so it's not the download and it's not the hardware as it's capable with Spotify.

Yes, I used Spotify. I downloaded MP3's to my watch in the past and though I didn't get any popping, they just didn't sound right and I removed them. Maybe it has something to do with that format?
