In the past, I only used the Running Dynamic Pod while running with my Garmin Edge Forerunner 945. I always had a very good balance of ground contact time. I've bought the HRM-Pro chest strap for a few weeks now and noticed that my values are bad. That means in the ratio 52/48. I then completed the same routes with the same shoes, each with the Running Dynamic Pod and the HRM-Pro, and I don't get the same results. Has anyone had the same experience and which data should I now believe?
Or did I miss a calibration function?
