I started the half marathon plan 3 weeks ago. Target 1:58:00.
My long jog day is Saturday.
Next Saturday I have my first Run-Walk-Run session.
It simply says: "Run 8:05km, choose your best Run Walk Run-strategy".
What pace should I choose? 5:40 min/km (target race-pace) or a slower "long-jog"-pace?
