Spotify "No known Wifi networks", even though it connects to my network!

I'm trying to sync (for the first time) some Spotify playlists to my FR945 but i keep getting "No known Wifi networks found" ! Even though I can see my network and have connected and tested the connection in Garmin Connect.

The watch then prompts me to connect and update password, which i've done several of times. Each time it says "Connected" after i enter password but when i try to sync it says "No known Wifi networks found" again!!

Any suggestions?

  • I don't use music but at least on the normal Wifi sync there has been problems with DNS. How's your DNS configuration? Are other DNS servers allowed? If not, allow them. Garmin has changed to use static DNS servers.

Thanks! The strange thing is that when i test the Wi-Fi it says ok in the app and Spotify displays the playlists in the watch. But when i try to download them it try to find the Wi-Fi and doesn’t for some reason!!

Threw away my saved network in the FR945, changed the security in the router to WPA/WPA2 (had only WPA2 before). Connected to the "new" network in the FR945 and now it works to sync Spotify.
